Secure connections
The fundamental requirement for using the applications are made by getting your machine connected to the internet. This is possible by the right hardware, which can also be retrofitted onto your machine. This hardware allows the machine to communicate with the Schuler DataLoft, our core computing center for managing, processing, and visualizing machine- and process-related data. It also gives you access to your data through the mySchuler portal. In addition to data, you can also easily find documents such as operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and more using the portal. You remain the sole owner of your data. For maximum security, the data is transmitted to the Schuler DataLoft over a one-way connection, i.e., on a fully separate channel from your system's remote service connection.
Energy Monitor
With the Energy Monitor, you obtain complete energy transparency over your entire forming system.
Various applications give you a comprehensive overview of your energy consumption as a function of system operating status and each respective die. This gives you the capability, amongst other things, of immediately seeing the energy consumption per manufactured part. You can also quickly and easily identify any deviations to previously produced batches through comparisons with historical data. The Energy Monitoring System creates the highest level of energy transparency, in particular also over periods during which there was no production, which enables you to already recognize and realize many savings opportunities yourself.
The Energy Monitor lets you view your consumption data online at anytime and from anywhere. Thanks to this transparency regarding your energy consumption, you can initiate improvement measures and sustainably reduce your energy costs in production.
What stroke rate is the most efficient? You can find the answer using the Energy Monitor. By optimizing your systems you can then reduce the energy consumption in production.
How much energy is consumed for one part and what part is causing problems? Using the Energy Monitor, you can read these data and display them over freely selectable time periods.
How much energy was consumed during each shift – and how much during production and during periods of no production? The Energy Monitor helps you keep track of everything.
